A grounding warm-up to connect body and rhythm
Technical instruction and stylistic foundations
Time to dance together in community
Select classes featuring movement combinations or phrases
This class honors Italian dance as a living tradition—one shaped by history, land, ritual, and storytelling—while remaining accessible, welcoming, and alive in the present moment.
