Italian Shamanism
“My work is rooted in Italian shamanism, ancestral remembrance, and lived mysticism. What I practice is not separate from who I am—it is carried in my bloodline, expressed through my body, my creativity, and my spiritual gifts. I weave ritual, movement, healing, and intuition as one offering, in service to others and in honor of those who came before me.”

Danielle Marie Fusco’s Italian shamanic practice is an embodied, living tradition rooted in Southern Italian ancestral wisdom and expressed through a contemporary lens within the Italian diaspora. This work is not fragmented into separate modalities, but rather woven together as one holistic practice that honors lineage, land, ritual, and the unseen forces that guide healing. Drawing from ancestral shamanism, mysticism, and multidimensional energy work, Danielle carries forward practices historically held by Italian women healers—le guarattrici—adapting them to meet the needs of modern lives while remaining faithful to their origins.

At the core of this practice is Quantum Healing in the Akash, a multidimensional approach that accesses the Akashic Records—the energetic field that holds the imprint of all experiences across time, ancestry, and soul evolution. Through this field, Danielle works to identify and heal deep-rooted patterns that influence an individual’s life path, lineage, and spiritual development. This work transcends linear time, allowing ancestral trauma, karmic imprints, and inherited energetic patterns to be addressed at their root. Light language, a vibrational form of communication that speaks directly to the soul and cellular memory, is used to support realignment and recalibration at the energetic and DNA level. Crystalline healing amplifies and stabilizes this work, grounding high-frequency healing into the physical body, releasing blockages, and activating dormant potentials. Together, these elements support profound transformation, integration, and alignment with one’s highest path.

This multidimensional work is inseparable from Danielle’s foundation in Southern Italian lineage healing. Drawing from rural Mediterranean traditions, she works with Benedicaria, magnetism, prayer-based ritual, and the removal of Malocchio (the Evil Eye)—practices historically used to restore balance, protection, and spiritual integrity within families and communities. Inspired by the ancestral healers of South Italy, Danielle’s approach is intuitive and deeply personalized, guided by the belief that healing must meet the individual exactly where they are. Each session honors the intelligence of the body, the wisdom of the ancestors, and the sacred relationship between the seen and unseen worlds.
Italian shamanism is not only practiced in private healing sessions, but also lived and transmitted through community, ritual, and embodied experience. Danielle leads women’s circles, special healing gatherings, and youth and community outreach programs that carry forward ancestral practices in a collective and accessible way. These gatherings invite participants into the traditions of Southern Italian ritual life, exploring the wisdom of ancestral women, secret societies, and folk healing practices through hands-on ritual such as creating sacred waters, crafting herbal smudge bundles, journaling, manifestation work, and embodied movement and dance. These spaces foster remembrance, connection, and collective healing, reflecting the communal nature of Italian spiritual life.
Together, these practices form a cohesive Italian shamanic path—one that is ancestral yet alive, rooted yet evolving. Danielle Marie Fusco embodies this work as part of her bloodline, carrying it forward within the diaspora as a living tradition of healing, remembrance, and service. Her practice bridges past and present, honoring the old ways while offering a grounded, contemporary expression of Italian shamanism for today’s world.
