Cancellation Policy
AGREEMENT POLICY, LIABILITY WAIVER, AND BOOKING POLICY 1. Agreement to ParticipateBy registering for any service by Danielle Marie Fusco, Danielle Marie Fusco, Inc., or American Strega (including dance classes, workshops, wellness events, coaching, and consultations, online or in person), you agree to this policy. Participation is voluntary, and you acknowledge the physical nature of these services and potential risks. 2. Waiver of LiabilityYou assume all risks, including injury, illness, or property damage, and release Danielle Marie Fusco, Danielle Marie Fusco, Inc., American Strega, and affiliates from any claims. You affirm you are in good health and should consult a physician if needed. You agree to hold harmless the instructor for any claims arising from participation, including technical issues, environmental hazards, or injuries in your practice space. 3. Zoom Usage and PrivacyFor online services, you agree to use Zoom responsibly. Recording, reproducing, or distributing class content is strictly prohibited. The instructor reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without a refund. 4. Booking and Payment PolicyAll sales are final. Payments must be made in advance, and no refunds, transfers, or credits are provided for missed classes or cancellations. If the instructor cancels or reschedules, a reschedule or future class credit will be offered. 5. Acknowledgment and ConsentBy registering, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, accepting all terms and risks.
