This immersive retreat invites you into a week of movement, ritual, culture, and connection in one of Italy’s most breathtaking and spiritually rich regions, where mountains meet the Ionian Sea and ancient traditions still live in daily life.
Guided by Danielle Marie Fusco and Antonio Fini, this journey blends tarantella dance, meditation, energy healing, sacred rituals, village exploration, and authentic Italian food into a deeply transformative cultural experience. Together we will move, cook, explore ancestral landscapes, visit sacred sites, swim in the sea, and gather in community.
From hidden villages and thermal caves to sunset rituals and traditional cooking with local families, each day unfolds as a beautiful balance of embodiment, discovery, and rest.
This retreat is not simply a trip to Italy — it is an invitation to experience Italy as a teacher, reconnect with rhythm, tradition, and the wisdom of the land.
