You affirm you are in good health and should consult a physician if needed. You agree to hold harmless the instructor for any claims arising from participation, including technical issues, environmental hazards, or injuries in your practice space. 3. Zoom Usage and PrivacyFor online services, you agree to use Zoom responsibly. Recording, reproducing, or distributing class content is strictly prohibited. The instructor reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without a refund. 4. Booking and Payment PolicyAll sales are final. Payments must be made in advance, and no refunds, transfers, or credits are provided for missed classes or cancellations. If the instructor cancels or reschedules, a reschedule or future class credit will be offered. 5.
